Float
Therapy

Awaken the senses, augment and align the physical state and spiritual body with a Float.

Allow the time for yourself to fully to rest the body and mind with float therapy.

A float treatment removes external stimulus of light and sound, the temperature of the water which is not too hot nor cool at 94 ̊ Fahrenheit. The temperature is set at that of the body’s external temperature allowing the minds many distractions to cease and reconnect with the body to focus inwards as in a meditative state. When floating the mind is no longer over stimulated by external factors it opens more space for creative thoughts and energy. With regular float therapy treatments better REST and sleep patterns occur and an over all sense of well-being, improved athletic performance, creative thoughts flow, focus and clarity are also elevated!

HOW IS THE WATER CLEANED?

In a float treatment, all external stimulus is removed and allows the body to fully REST. Floating in a solution of Epsom salt also known as magnesium sulphate, which is set to the body’s external temperature provides the bouncy and comfort to float weightlessly. Taking all tension off the muscles and joints of the body, floating allows the ultimate experience of re-connecting the mind and body and calming of the nervous system.
