TRACY RAGUSA, RMT • OWNER
Tracy is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed her education at Trillium College in Burlington and is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) as well as an active member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMATO).
Tracy specializes in the treatment of chronic neck and shoulder discomfort. She has over 30 years’ experience in the health and wellness industry and is extremely passionate in her work and in helping her client’s through Massage Therapy live a more balanced and pain free lifestyle.

TARAS ZAREMBA, RMT
Taras was born in Ukraine. He learned his first massage techniques when he was 17 years old and was part of the Track and Field sports club. Since then, massage has become his passion. After graduating from Ternopil Pedagogical University in 1996, Taras taught geography and history at a public school.
In 2008 he and his family migrated to Canada and soon after he started the Massage Therapy program at Medix School in North York. In 2012 Taras became a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) as well as an active member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMATO).
His favourite modalities of Massage Therapy are sports massage, trigger point therapy and hot stone massage.
His intuitive palpation abilities, strong knowledge in anatomy and physiology, identifying soft tissue dysfunction, and muscle imbalances are his strengths in treatment.

Exercise and movement have always been a large part of Taras’s lifestyle and this is evident in his treatments. His diversity in techniques and extreme level of professionalism are coupled with his vast knowledge and experience.
Ali Lucas, RMT
Ali will be joining the Thera crew on Tuesdays starting next week.
Ali is a graduate of triOS College, and is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
Through her own experience of sports injuries and personal healing journey, she was inspired to learn more about the body, how it functions, and its own natural healing process.
Ali is passionate in her practice of Massage Therapy and the incredible journey of continued learning that it brings. She takes pride using her knowledge in providing detailed treatments, her specialization is Neuromuscular Rehabilitation and Relaxation therapy. This treatment uses a low frequency electrical current to stimulate and improve muscle and nerve function. Her unique ability to detect tissue abnormalities frequently appreciated by her clients in helping with pain reduction and over all wellness.
Cold laser therapy otherwise known as LLLT uses low -power laser or LED to stimulate cells and tissues. It is a safe non-invasive and painless treatment which is used to treat a variety of conditions such as:
