Float therapy will be opening in the very near future once we get the green light.
We are excited that we have received the “Green Light” that we can safely re-open Thera on June the 4th! We have taken our time in both re-opening and taking all of the important steps keeping the safety and the well-being of our clients, associates and community in mind.
We are passionate about our work here at Thera to deliver the highest quality massage and float therapy treatments in an environment that you the client can feel comfortable and safe. We wanted to share with you what our “New Normal” will look like.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a Personal Assessment Waiver to your email address. Once completed please email this copy to the clinic prior to your appointment at email@example.com. Should you answer “Yes” to having any signs or symptoms to COVID- 19 contact telehealth at 1-866-797-0000 and self isolate for 14 days. We will reschedule your appointment for you.
Practitioners and clients must wear a mask at all times when in the clinic and a mask is worn prior to entering the clinic. If you forget we will have one ready for you at the door.
Hands must be washed once entering the clinic.
Appointments: Please arrive alone and at the time of your appointment for your appointment(S), and once you arrive call the clinic. Please wait in your car for the clinic to call you for your appointment.
Payments: Credit card payments can be made prior to your appointment by visiting our online store at: therafloatmassage.floathelm.com or by credit card or interact payments when you arrive at the clinic. Please note that we will not be accepting cash payments at this time.
For the purpose of social distancing, the lounge area and front reception area will remain closed for the time being.
Float Schedule: Appointment booking times have been extended to 90 minutes to allow additional time to clean and fully sanitize each the room after use. (60 minutes times can be booked during the 90-minute time slots) Appointments will stagger throughout the schedule to maintain social distancing. Our schedule has been temporarily modified for various reasons, primary to avoid overcrowding of the clinic and to effectively implement extended cleaning protocols with the last float of the evening ending at 8:00pm.
